Job summary

The Financial Controller role within a rapidly expanding healthcare group in the Philippines offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial architecture of a high-growth organization. You will lead accounting, reporting, and close processes while strengthening controls and policies across multiple entities.

You will collaborate with senior leadership on financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision making, supporting fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• CPA required with strong technical accounting and internal controls background.
• Experience as Financial Controller or senior finance leader in multi-entity environments.
• Experience with audit firms is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability in financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and business planning.
• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP system.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker balancing operations with long-term growth.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Group Financial Controller, FinanceDirector, or a more senior finance leadership role.
• Experience with a reputable audit firm is a strong advantage.
• Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls background.
• Experience in a multi-entity or fast-growing organization is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and business planning is significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or other enterprise ERP systems is significantadvantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
