Your Outdesk Solutions Corp is seeking a highly experienced Financial Controller to lead the transformation of financial reporting across a multi-site operation. You will own monthly reporting, align ERP and payroll systems, and translate complex data into practical commercial insights for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Experience as Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or Fractional CFO in a commercial environment.
• Industry knowledge in manufacturing, processing, distribution, or other operationally complex industry with cost structures.
• Proven ability to develop and improve management reporting across multiple sites/divisions.
• Strong understanding of cost-centre accounting, product profitability, labour costing, overhead allocation, and divisional reporting.
• Experience integrating accounting, ERP, payroll, and timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine chart of accounts and monthly reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Prepare concise monthly management packs showing revenue, margins, overheads, costs, and overall performance.
• Develop consistent cost-centre structure for profitability reporting across sites, product groups, labour, and direct costs.
• Review and improve data flows between Xero, FeneVision and Tanda to align financial data.
• Establish divisional and revenue-stream reporting frameworks to identify profitability by site and cost drivers.
• Develop dashboards and tools for timely management insights.
• Design annual budgeting and rolling forecasting with relevant KPIs.
• Build advanced financial models for forward planning and scenario analysis.
• Establish efficient month-end procedures and documentation to improve consistency.
• Document processes, mappings, and reporting structures to reduce manual work.
