OPTIMAL PH is seeking a Virtual Property Manager (VPM) specializing in Short-Term Rentals to oversee daily operations for US-based clients from Cebu City. You will coordinate guest communications, bookings, and property readiness while ensuring guest experiences meet client standards.

You will lead a STR operations team, manage vendors and housekeepers, and drive process improvements across platforms like Guesty, Hostaway, and Hospitable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of U.S. Short-Term Rental (STR) property management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of STR platforms such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, OwnerRez or Breezeway.
• Leadership or supervisory experience, preferably with remote teams.
• Excellent client communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily STR property operations for multiple US-based clients.
• Coordinate guest communications, reservations, and calendar management.
• Manage cleaning, turnovers, and property readiness.
• Lead STR operations team and ensure service quality.
• Collaborate on platform implementations (Guesty/Hostaway).
