Everything Virtual Assistant (EVA) is seeking a proactive Short-term Rental Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our remote team. You will manage guest communication, bookings, pricing optimization, and ensure a 5-star guest experience across properties from a Philippines-based setup.

Experience withGuesty and PriceLabs is required, along with familiarity with major platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com. Strong multitasking and reliable home office setup are essential.

• Proven VA experience in short-term rental or hospitality management.
• Hands-on with Guesty and PriceLabs.
• Familiar with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Reliable internet and distraction-free home office.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest communication via Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and messaging systems.
• Oversee booking calendars, sync availability, manage reservations, and avoid double bookings.
• Apply dynamic pricing using PriceLabs to optimize nightly rates.
• Coordinate check-in/check-out and manage smart locks or key exchanges.
• Schedule turnover with cleaners/maintenance to keep properties guest-ready.
• Maintain listings with accurate descriptions, photos, and amenities.
