Job summary

Element Ops is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for an on-demand hospitality staffing platform. This fast-paced role focuses on high-volume outreach, scheduling shifts, supporting workers, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

You will work closely with workers and the operations team to ensure shifts are filled quickly, workers receive support, and clients receive excellent service. Availability for graveyard shifts aligned with US time zones is required, with a reliable home setup.

Qualifications

• High-volume outbound calling experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shifts and prioritize rapidly.
• Comfortable working remotely with a home setup.
• Experience supporting US-based clients a plus.
• Previous staffing/recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 75+ outbound calls per day to contact applicants and fill shifts.
• Move applicants through staffing process from outreach to onboarding.
• Manage multiple open shifts and staffing requests in real time.
• Follow up on shifts, availability, and schedule changes with applicants/workers.
• Support applicants and workers with questions and onboarding paperwork.
• Track activity using Google Sheets and internal systems.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve last-minute staffing challenges.
• Provide feedback on processes and tools to improve efficiency.
• Assist with hiring during high-priority periods or launches.
• Maintain strong worker experience while supporting hospitality clients.
• Handle other operational tasks as needed.
