Altametrics is hiring a Staff Accountant to join a fast-growing finance team working remotely from anywhere in the Philippines. The role covers AP, vendor management, GL coding, AR, and franchise/tenant billing, with intercompany and treasury support.

Night shift aligned to Pacific Standard Time, weekends off, and a 40-hour work week. The candidate should have CPA/CMA certification, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 3–5 years of hands-on accounting, and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• CPA/CMA License is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience in transactional or general accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
• Demonstrated attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in high-volume environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to investigate and improve processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and efficiency.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Vendor Management with accurate GL coding.
• Manage billings to franchisees and tenants; monitor collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts with operations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist treasury with cash management and intercompany transfers.
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial reports and analyses.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure timely journal entries.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and external partners.
