Work hours align with US Pacific Time night shifts. This permanent remote position offers 40 hours weekly and requires reliable equipment to support timely reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• CPA license required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; 2–3 years in senior or controller roles, preferably US-based.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and prepare financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
• Research and resolve complex accounting issues including revenue recognition and intercompany transactions.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff, review reconciliations, AP/AR, and payroll to ensure accuracy.
