Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting for a U.S.-based multi-entity environment. You will handle general ledger activities, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting while coordinating with the Controller and accounting team.

The role emphasizes accuracy, intercompany processes, and internal controls. Strong Excel and ERP experience, plus a detail-oriented approach, are essential for success in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in multi-entity environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft D365 or other ERP, Excel, and GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting for assigned entities, including journal entries and posting in D365.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close with timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts; investigate variances.
• Support intercompany accounting and eliminations across entities.
• Assist with internal financial reporting and supporting schedules for management.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation reconciliation.
• Provide backup for accounts payable/receivable during peak periods.
• Assist audit schedules and respond to auditor requests.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
