Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with month-end close ownership.
• US GAAP knowledge with financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and intercompany transactions.
• Payroll accounting, labor allocations, and cash flow forecasting.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle high volumes of data.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and experience supporting accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting per US GAAP.
• Manage multi-entity accounting, consolidations, intercompany transactions, and eliminations.
• Standardize charts of accounts, closing procedures, and reporting processes across entities.
• Oversee payroll accounting entries, labor allocations, and related reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, support collections, and prepare weekly cash forecasts.
• Troubleshoot accounting systems and workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Support integration of acquired businesses into established processes.
• Train and mentor accounting team members while partnering with leadership on performance.
