Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Controller to lead core accounting operations, including close, reporting, revenue recognition, and compliance. You will own product-line P&Ls and customer profitability analyses while coordinating with a fractional CFO and outside CPA.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, precise, and highly accountable, with strong deferred revenue expertise and leadership in a remote, US-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or related field.
• CPA or international equivalent preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience preferred; experience with deferred revenue at scale considered.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close and prepare accurate financial statements with variance commentary.
• Manage revenue recognition and deferred revenue across multiple subledger accounts.
• Oversee AR, AP, payroll coordination, reconciliations, and sales tax compliance.
• Coordinate with outside CPA for tax compliance and reporting.
• Develop product-line P&Ls and customer profitability analyses.
• Create SOPs, close checklists, and journal entry logs to standardize processes.
• Provide management reporting and driver-based analyses for key accounts.
• Collaborate with CEO, fractional CFO, and external partners to maintain reliable books.
