Job summary

Multiplymii LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant for a 100% remote role based in the Philippines. You will lead and support the finance team, manage daily accounting operations, reconcile records, and prepare key financial reports.

The role includes budgeting, forecasting, month- and year-end closings, ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, and coordinating audits with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with corporate accounting practices

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance team, providing training and coaching as needed to support professional development and performance.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements and ensure accuracy in all financial records.
• Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Collaborate with external auditors and provide required documentation for audits.
