Job summary

Curvion Blue is seeking a Staff Accountant to own day-to-day accounting across multiple entities. You will handle AP/AR, billing, revenue reconciliation, and commissions while ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving in a remote-enabled setting. You will work with an agency/BPO-like revenue structure and contribute to month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume accounting across multiple companies, customers, vendors, or revenue streams.
• Experience with sales commissions, variable compensation, or commission reconciliation.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, AR, and revenue reconciliation.
• Comfort working with large amounts of transactional data.
• Experience in agency, BPO, outsourced accounting, SaaS, marketplace, or fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP workflows across multiple entities with accurate recording and approvals.
• Process AR, billing, invoicing, and revenue reconciliation across multiple brands and streams.
• Prepare and reconcile sales commissions, schedules, and related payments.
• Handle payroll and commission schedules; reconcile payroll data.
• Reconcile cash, credit cards, and banking; monitor intercompany activity.
