Fireworks AI is seeking a creative product engineer to help build a PLG growth platform spanning sign-up, onboarding, docs, API, and pricing. You will own developer outcomes from discovery to production, instrument results, and iterate rapidly to improve the first-visit to first-success experience.

You’ll work with product, design, marketing, data, and sales to balance self-serve growth with a sales-led motion, shipping fast while maintaining high quality and a strong developer experience.

Competenze

• 5+ years building and shipping user-facing products.
• Strong full-stack skills: TS/React frontend, backend services (Go a plus), APIs, data models, and SQL.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/EE or equivalent experience.

Mansioni

• Own developer-centric outcomes end to end: identify problems, shape solutions, prototype, ship, instrument, and learn.
• Build growth foundations: event tracking, funnels, experimentation framework, lifecycle messaging.
• Design and run experiments with clear hypotheses, metrics, and readouts.
• Talk to developers directly to observe friction points and translate into working code.
• Craft polished, fast, accessible experiences on marketing site and product.
• Analyze funnel and cohort data to guide next bets and communicate findings clearly.
• Collaborate with product, design, marketing, data, and sales to align self-serve growth with sales-led motion.
• Use AI coding tools to move quickly while ensuring quality.
