Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Solutions Specialist to support implementation projects by configuring Dayforce to best practices, documenting requirements, and delivering scalable solutions. You will provide limited post go-live support to close gaps and ensure alignment with SOW.

The role involves deep SQL and data flow understanding, XML/XSLT edits, and collaboration with Product, Development, and Support teams to improve implementation quality. Remote work is allowed in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant software/computer related fields.
• Proficiency with SQL and an understanding of relational database systems.
• Superior communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred qualifications include client support, consulting and/or project management experience; French language skills; technical knowledge of SQL, XML and XSLT.

Responsibilities

• Gather, understand and document customer requirements.
• Advise customers on options using best practices and considering downstream effects.
• Write SQL to identify, troubleshoot and fix data and configuration issues.
• Understand, troubleshoot and modify XML and XSLT code and project management.
• Create and follow a project plan with estimation, items, progress and adjustments.
• Provide customers with timely updates and collaborate with Dayforce and third-party vendors for testing.
