Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst with strong Dayforce expertise to support, stabilise, and improve our Dayforce environment. You will work with a global People Technology team, handling a queue-based workload from North America while collaborating across time zones.

You will configure, report, test, and troubleshoot Dayforce modules, ensuring data integrity and scalable processes in a remote, distributed setup.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of direct, hands‑on Dayforce administration experience.
• Proven experience configuring Dayforce modules, not solely end‑user or help‑desk support.
• Strong expertise in reporting and data analysis within Dayforce.
• Experience supporting complex workforce environments (multi-location, high‑volume, or multi‑entity).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently.
• Strong working knowledge of core HR, payroll, and timekeeping processes and how they relate to system configuration and data.
• Excellent written communication in English, essential for asynchronous collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Process standard Dayforce transactions from a work queue and route sensitive cases for approval.
• Configure and maintain Dayforce components across Core HR, Time & Attendance, and Benefits.
• Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for stakeholders.
• Safeguard data integrity through HRIS audits and corrections at the source.
• Support payroll and timekeeping by reconciling data and auditing before payroll close.
• Execute testing and UAT for system upgrades and new Dayforce modules, documenting defects.
• Monitor integrations and interfaces, triaging errors and documenting resolutions.
• Administer user access, roles, and permissions, and support access audits.
