Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Service Consultant to manage end-to-end client implementations of Dayforce solutions in an environment that emphasizes reliability and quality. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into Dayforce configurations to ensure successful live payrolls.

The role requires deep Payroll/HR knowledge, strong communication, and independent problem solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable implementations for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years in customer service/consultancy, payroll processing, or project management coordination.
• Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud software; HRIS experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects that vary in nature based on the solution purchased and the requirements.
• Contribute to project plans and ensure the project is on time and meets client expectations.
• Work with resources within and outside of the team to complete an implementation.
• Promote teamwork and develop strong working relationships with clients and peers.
• Translate business process requirements into configuration for the Dayforce solution.
• Design and execute system integration and user acceptance tests.
