Qualifications

• Native Spanish is required.
• 6–12 months of online customer support experience.
• Experience in live chat support and handling customer inquiries.
• Proof validation skills or payment/banking knowledge is a plus.
• Crypto industry knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support in crypto trading via live chat, tickets, and email.
• Handle customer inquiries, order disputes, and appeals.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer requests.
• Manage complaints and follow-ups on escalations when required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the trading platform and market conditions.
