Job summary

Expedock is seeking a remote Language Support Specialist to back our Logistics Coordinator for a client based in Spain. You will provide live English–Spanish interpretation during virtual meetings and translate written communications to ensure clear, accurate collaboration across teams.

No prior logistics experience is required; you’ll receive training and context to support business conversations. Work-from-home setup and a 2PM–11PM PHT shift are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong real-time interpretation and written translation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Join virtual meetings to provide real-time English–Spanish interpretation.
• Translate emails, chats, documents and other communications accurately.
• Support Expedock’s Logistics Coordinator by communicating with Spanish-speaking carriers and vendors.
• Summarize meeting notes and action items while maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist with general language support and administrative tasks as assigned.
