Job summary

SupportYourApp in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to deliver outstanding multilingual, chat and email support for global clients. You will resolve tickets, follow SOPs, document interactions, and maintain KPIs while working a fully remote schedule.

Ideal candidates have excellent English (C1), at least 1 year of email-based customer support, Zendesk experience, and a proactive approach to learning. The role offers USD compensation and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, written and spoken (C1).
• At least 1 year of experience in an email-based customer support role.
• Experience using Zendesk and handling tickets against KPIs.
• Ability to manage 60-100 tickets per shift with high quality.
• Attention to detail and proactive learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via chat and email.
• Resolve tickets per project procedures and quality expectations.
• Follow SOP guidelines for tone, escalation, and categorization.
• Document user interactions clearly in the support platform.
• Support operational excellence with knowledge reviews and reporting.
• Maintain understanding of workflows, updates, and service goals.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and project metrics consistently.
• Communicate availability, workload, and shift-related concerns.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and timely schedule requests.
• Tend to bug-related tickets and report trends to leadership.
