Cool Blue VA is seeking a Spanish bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant to support U.S. doctors and medical specialists from your home. No prior medical experience is required beyond fluency in Spanish and a willingness to learn medical terminology.

You will translate medical documents, help communicate with patients, and maintain accurate records. A Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of BPO or VA experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (written & spoken)
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Strong interest in learning medical terminology
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in U.S. medical insurance (Eligibility, Pre-authorization, Referrals, Claims)
• Also welcome: At least 1 year in a BPO or VA bilingual role
