Qualifications

• Experience sourcing candidates on major platforms (LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork).
• Ability to assess resumes quickly and accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for open positions on platforms such as LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and more.
• Reach out to potential candidates, gauge their interest, and share details about the positions.
• Screen resumes and profiles to evaluate each candidate's fit.
• Engage with candidates and carry out preliminary screenings to confirm they meet job requirements.
• Keep detailed candidate records, including sourcing channels and communication history.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to fine-tune search criteria and stay aligned with job requirements.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for future roles.
• Provide regular status updates on candidate sourcing and placements.
• Track and report your sourcing results to improve processes and outcomes.
• Attend team meetings to stay on top of recruitment needs.
