The role offers commission-based earnings with no fixed salary. You will build a strong candidate pipeline, stay aligned with team needs, and report on sourcing results to drive better outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience sourcing candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork and similar job boards.
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing strategies and platforms.
• Ability to assess resumes and profiles quickly and effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for open positions using platforms such as LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and more.
• Conduct outreach to potential candidates, gauge their interest, and provide them with information about the positions.
• Review resumes and job applications to assess candidates' suitability.
• Engage with candidates and conduct preliminary screenings to ensure they meet job requirements.
• Maintain a detailed record of candidates, including sourcing channels and communication history.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Stay proactive in building and maintaining an active candidate pipeline for future roles.
• Provide regular updates on the status of candidate sourcing and placement efforts.
• Track and report on your sourcing results to improve processes and outcomes.
