Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Sourcing Specialist in the Philippines to manage daily purchase requests and oversee end-to-end procurement. You will collaborate with warehouses, sales teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities include PO management, inventory monitoring using ERP, dropship coordination, product research, and reporting on inventory levels and backorders, while delivering excellent internal customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in logistics, procurement, purchasing, or inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
• Stable work history with proven success in previous roles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales order queues and determine the appropriate warehouse or vendor for fulfillment and purchase order creation.
• Manage purchase orders, including processing, tracking, updating, canceling, and coordinating with vendors and buyers.
• Monitor real-time inventory levels and open sales orders using ERP and purchasing systems.
• Process drop-ship orders and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely customer delivery.
• Research products for availability and pricing and maintain information on back-ordered items.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics teams, and customer care to track and coordinate deliveries.
• Create and maintain new item records in the ERP system.
• Prepare weekly reports covering inventory levels, open purchase and sales orders, inventory values, and backorders.
• Monitor open sales orders to ensure timely submission, shipment, and fulfillment.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
• Remain flexible and open to taking on additional tasks as needed.
