Job summary

cubecare is seeking a Supply Chain & International Procurement Specialist in the Philippines to source materials, negotiate with vendors, and manage purchase orders while optimizing inventory and costs.

You will build strong vendor relationships, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with production to meet schedules. The role requires 3+ years in procurement, strong negotiation, and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement and inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and vendor relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory management software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic purchasing decisions.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor/supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production schedules without overstocking.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and implement effective inventory control measures.
• Coordinate with production, operations, and other departments to forecast material requirements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation.
• Track and analyze inventory KPIs (turnover, shrinkage, lead times) and provide regular reports to management.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve procurement and inventory processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
