Job summary

Staff Outsource Solutions in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a remote, project-based engagement. The role focuses on building and improving the firm’s operational infrastructure with clear, scalable processes that staff can follow consistently.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-oriented, and skilled at developing SOPs, training systems, workflows, and comprehensive operational documentation for ongoing use.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal services environment is a strong advantage.
• Strong track record developing and implementing SOPs and operational processes.
• Experience creating training materials and training employees.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze existing workflows and develop practical solutions.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a project from assessment through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess current operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and document clear, practical SOPs.
• Build efficient workflows and processes for the firm’s day-to-day operations.
• Create training materials, guides, and other resources for existing staff.
• Develop a structured training program based on the newly established processes. Train current staff and ensure they understand and can effectively implement the new procedures.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas where processes can be standardized.
• Establish systems that promote consistency, accountability, and operational efficiency.
• Make recommendations to improve overall team performance and workflow.
• Conduct follow-up check-ins after project completion to assess implementation and address any necessary adjustments.
