Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Experience in operations management and team coordination.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing daily operations, processes, and staff.
• Experience in process improvement, reporting and operational metrics, and stakeholder/client coordination.
• Ability to monitor performance (KPI/SLA) and ensure operational efficiency.
• Relevant management experience preferred.
• Amenable to work on an early morning shift (7AM - 4PM).
• Willing to work in Muntinlupa City (100% on-site).
