Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of SDR/lead generation experience.
• Experience in solar/renewable energy sales preferred.
• Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication, persuasion and objection handling.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho.
• Comfortable with KPIs and outreach targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email, and social channels.
• Identify homeowners or businesses interested in solar/renewable energy.
• Qualify prospects based on project eligibility, interest, and timing.
• Schedule appointments for senior solar sales consultants.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
• Follow up and nurture leads through early sales stages.
• Meet or exceed daily outreach and appointment targets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
