Job summary

MagentIQ in the Philippines is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO, PPC & Social Media to lead multi-brand marketing for a UK-based hotel group. You will combine SEO, paid search, and social media to increase brand visibility, drive direct bookings, and maximize ROI while working remotely with a global team.

You’ll optimize SEO, manage Google Ads campaigns, oversee social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), create engaging content, set measurable goals, track ROI, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience in SEO, PPC, social media, or digital marketing roles.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns and SEO strategies.
• Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts.
• Strong understanding of search algorithms, keyword strategy, and conversion optimization.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to produce engaging written and multimedia content.
• Experience developing and executing social media strategies, campaigns, competitions, and audience engagement initiatives.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Ability to define campaign KPIs, analyze performance, and measure/report ROI.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and performance optimization skills.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working with internal teams, designers, content creators, and other marketing stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end digital marketing efforts across multiple hotel brands, combining SEO, PPC, and social media management to increase brand visibility and drive qualified traffic.
• Develop and execute social media strategies, campaigns, and engagement initiatives across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing), optimize budgets, and track ROAS.
• Prepare monthly performance reports (traffic, conversions, ROI) and conduct competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with booking and revenue teams to align campaigns with occupancy goals.
