This full-time, work-from-home role requires 1-3 years of experience, a portfolio, and experience with Australian or NZ clients. You will collaborate with marketing, customer support, and design teams to drive results.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Portfolio is required
• Experience with Australian or New Zealand clients
• Strong copywriting and content planning skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals
• Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including captions, graphics, and short-form videos
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads)
• Monitor performance metrics and generate reports with insights and recommendations for optimization
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
