• Good written English, since you'll be handling comments and DMs.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work without close supervision once briefed.
• Discreet — this role involves access to content and information before it's public.

Responsibilities

• Review content before it’s posted and ensure it’s ready to go.
• Edit photos and short videos (crops, captions, basic trims, format).
• Schedule and upload posts across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Monitor comments and messages, respond where appropriate, and flag escalations.
• Keep a simple weekly report on engagement and growth.
• Stick to an agreed posting calendar and communicate delays.
