Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer support for a Shopify brand.
• 2+ years supporting automotive/technical industries.
• 1+ hands-on Zendesk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify order management.
• Excellent written English.
• Experience handling email/ticketing systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries via Zendesk with timely, professional responses.
• Assist with order updates, returns, shipping questions, warranty inquiries, and general product support.
• Resolve Shopify order issues including refunds and cancellations.
• Investigate issues and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain fast response times and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Operations and eCommerce to improve processes.
• Identify recurring issues and improve workflows and docs.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Document interactions in Zendesk.
• Help build scalable support processes.
