Job summary

BruntWork seeks a Digital Marketing Lead to build an e-commerce brand’s core digital ecosystem. You will own Shopify setups, CRO, email automation, paid and organic growth, and AI-driven workflows while mentoring the owner on scalable digital systems.

You’ll collaborate across web development, retention marketing, SEO, and content, guiding the startup’s expansion with practical, hands-on leadership in a remote, part-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Mid-tier digital marketer with startup experience.
• Solid Shopify setup, maintenance, and CRO focus.
• Experience building automated email flows and retention strategies.
• Hands-on with Meta/Google ads and organic growth strategies.
• Familiar with AI tools to accelerate content and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Shopify store setup, customization, and high-conversion landing pages.
• Build and optimize email automation flows (welcome, cart, post-purchase).
• Plan and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns for pre-launch and product launch.
• Oversee organic TikTok lead generation and SEO initiatives.
• Develop AI-driven workflows and draft SOPs for scale.
• Mentor founder on digital systems and knowledge transfer.
