Job summary

Globaltize is seeking a Digital Marketing and E-commerce Specialist to drive growth for its eco-friendly cleaning service and online store. This part-time, remote role (20 hours/week) requires owning the end-to-end customer acquisition funnel, including organic and paid channels, content creation, and lifecycle emails.

You will optimize campaigns to build brand trust and generate high-quality leads for the online store.

Qualifications

Proven background in digital marketing and lead generation.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager for Facebook/Instagram campaigns.
Strong Shopify expertise including SEO and storefront optimization.
Video editing and multimedia content creation for social platforms.
End-to-end customer acquisition funnels and CRO understanding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
University degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Edit and produce engaging video content and multimedia social posts to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Plan, execute, and oversee an organic social media strategy across core platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
Draft and launch email campaigns and newsletters across channels.
Analyze store analytics and campaign performance to identify drop-offs and optimize checkout.
Track Shopify and ad metrics to maximize ROAS and conversions.
Collaborate with the business owner to align campaigns with brand and product strategy.
