Job summary

Atos is seeking a ServiceNow Developer specialized in CRM/CSM to design, configure, and deliver advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on CRM workflows, AI-driven automation, and enterprise integrations, with a hands-on development emphasis.

You will collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and customer operations teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure ServiceNow implementations, leveraging Now Assist, GenAI workflows, and CMDB/CSDM-aligned modeling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience focusing on CRM/CSM.
• Hands-on with Now Assist, GenAI workflows, and AI-powered automation.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB/CSDM and ITSM/ITOM modules.
• Experience in designing scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow CRM/CSM solutions.
• Build AI-powered customer workflows and automation.
• Develop integrations with external CRM/enterprise systems.
• Implement and maintain CMDB/CSDM-aligned service modeling.
• Participate in code reviews and platform upgrades.
