Job summary

Atos is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer focused on CRM and CSM to design, configure, and build advanced workflows on the Now platform. You will collaborate with architects, consultants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions across CRM, CSM, and enterprise workflows.

You will apply AI-powered automation, GenAI workflows, and integrations to deliver robust customer service experiences while adhering to best practices and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with CRM/CSM workflows and integrations.
• Strong JavaScript skills and experience with Glide APIs, Script Includes, and UI policies.
• Hands-on experience building enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP) and CMDB/CSDM awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow CRM/CSM solutions.
• Build AI-powered workflows and Now Assist GenAI capabilities.
• Implement integrations with external CRM/enterprise systems and data sources.
• Contribute to platform upgrades, testing, and governance.
