Job summary

Extenteam Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator – Team Leader to coordinate and manage projects from planning through completion. You will work closely with the development team and third-party vendors to ensure requirements, deliverables, and business goals are met.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities while guiding a team toward timely, accurate results from a Philippine base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in service coordination, project coordination, project management, or team leadership.
• Team Leader or people management experience preferred.
• Experience in multifamily/residential property management and/or energy/utilities companies is a major plus.
• Must reside in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects and initiatives through successful completion.
• Lead and provide guidance to team members to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Communicate project requirements and needs to the development team.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress.
• Coordinate regularly with third-party vendors to resolve issues and improve business results.
• Provide project updates and communicate issues or recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
