Job summary

Boomering is seeking a Service Desk Engineer (Level 1) for its Philippines-based late shift. You will be the first point of contact for client users across Hong Kong, mainland China, and Singapore, resolving first-line issues and ensuring clear handovers for escalation.

You will work within an ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 certified service environment where accurate ticket handling, security, and service levels are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in IT service desk or first-line support.
• Experience working to defined service levels in a ticketing system.
• Shift-work or extended-hours support experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for incidents and requests during the late shift.
• Log all contacts in Zoho Desk with accurate details before work begins.
• Diagnose and resolve first-line incidents using remote tools when possible.
• Set clear expectations and proactively update users on progress.
