Job summary

Boomering is seeking a Service Desk Engineer (Level 1) for a remote, late-shift role based in the Philippines. You will be the first point of contact for client users across Hong Kong, mainland China and Singapore, handling incidents and service requests with accuracy and clear handovers.

In this hands-on position, you’ll log tickets in Zoho Desk, resolve first-line issues, and escalate where needed within an ISO 27001/ISO 20000 environment, while maintaining strong written and spoken English

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in IT help desk or service desk.
• Experience delivering remote support to business users.
• Shift work or extended hours experience is a plus.
• Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for incidents and requests during the late shift via ticket, email or phone.
• Log every interaction in Zoho Desk with accurate details before work begins.
• Diagnose and resolve first-line incidents using the knowledge base and remote tools.
• Provide clear handovers to Level 2/3 engineers and document outcomes.
