Qualifications
- 5–8 years of hands-on digital experience across SEO, content strategy, analytics, and commercial digital growth.
- Strong commercial instincts — you think about value creation, not just traffic or output.
- Genuine AI proficiency — you use AI as a core part of how you work, with sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Digital Estate Stewardship: classify, organise, and prioritise the full portfolio of digital properties.
- Search & Organic Acquisition: grow qualified organic discovery aligned with commercial objectives.
- Content & Authority: develop differentiated, useful, authoritative content.
- User Experience & Conversion: improve visitor journey and measure impact on conversions.
- Commercialisation & Experimentation: identify value opportunities and run experiments.
