We’re looking for 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, proven local lead generation results, and strong English copy for an Australian audience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing, preferably lead generation for building, trades or home improvement.
• Proven Google Ads and Meta Ads results in local lead generation.
• Working knowledge of local SEO, Google Business Profile, GA4 and conversion tracking.
• Canva or CapCut skills for project photos and videos, plus WordPress experience.
• Excellent English copywriting for an Australian audience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns targeting Western Sydney homeowners.
• Drive traffic to forms, optimise cost per qualified enquiry, and set up retargeting.
• Publish and manage Facebook/Instagram content and create project showcases and case studies.
• Conduct keyword research and local SEO for Western Sydney; maintain WordPress site and Google Business Profile.
• Build email campaigns, nurture leads, and track campaign performance with analytics.
