Job summary

Zoom-related Senior Consultant role offering remote work with hands-on development and delivery responsibilities. You will design, implement, test, and deploy Zoom Contact Center features, while collaborating across teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The position requires strong experience in CCaaS architectures, SIP/WebRTC, API integrations, and CRM connectors, with the ability to present to executives and mentor peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred.
• 3+ years in Zoom Contact Center and unified communications environments.
• Experience with enterprise CCaaS architectures for complex needs.
• Proficiency in SIP, RESTful APIs, WebRTC, and SSO/identity management.
• Experience configuring SBCs, SIP trunks, and cloud telephony integrations.
• CRM integrations with Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow or Zendesk.
• Certifications in Zoom Contact Center or related automation are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years software development: design, coding (JS/Python/Java/C++), testing real-time systems.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop features for the Zoom Contact Center platform.
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and fix defects.
• Support production and collaborate in agile or waterfall environments.
• Configure and deploy Zoom Contact Center and related solutions in customer environments.
• Lead high-complexity projects with risk management and quality validation.
• Mentor engineers and share knowledge within the team.
• Write and test code, delivering high-quality software on time.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with analysts and project management.
