Job summary
BairesDev, a global technology leader, is hiring a Telephony Engineer to design and maintain enterprise-grade telephony systems. You will focus on robust telephony infrastructure and contact center platforms, ensuring high-quality voice and real-time communication.
This 100% remote role offers USD compensation, flexible hours, and setup provided. You will work with a world-class team across the globe, implementing SBC, IVR, and routing solutions to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Infrastructure, Telephony, or Systems Engineering.
- Expertise in telephony infrastructure using SIP, VoIP, and WebRTC.
- Experience configuring CCaaS platforms (Genesys, NICE, Five9, Twilio).
- Hands-on with SBC, call routing, and IVR design.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage production-grade telephony infrastructure.
- Implement and configure CCaaS platforms to meet business needs.
- Develop and optimize IVR designs and call routing strategies.
- Manage SBCs to ensure secure voice traffic flow.
- Troubleshoot high-level telephony and contact center issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate telephony with workflows.
