Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a Junior Technical Project Engineer to join our Zoom Phone deployment team. The role focuses on hands‑on build assistance, configuration, and support across customer deployments, with mentorship from senior engineers and project managers.

The position is a 6‑month contract with potential for extension or regularization based on performance, and offers a work-from-home arrangement with a night shift from 9pm to 6am in the Philippines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or equivalent.
2–3 years of relevant experience in UCaaS or cloud telephony.
Experience with enterprise telephony deployments and call routing.
Experience with IT ticketing systems for incident or change management.
Basic scripting or work automation understanding.

Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers with troubleshooting and implementation initiatives.
Build and modify operational call flows based on solution designs and requirements.
Provision new Zoom Phone users and perform system configuration, validation, and testing.
Test and validate all serviced requests for accuracy and full functionality.
Submit and manage incident tickets and feature requests using the ticketing system.
Create Zoom Phone project documentation, including call flow diagrams and runbooks.
Update knowledge base articles to support customer environments.
Support MACD activities for customer environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project workstreams.
Follow established engineering processes and quality guidelines.
Expand technical knowledge through training and hands-on project experience.
