Job summary

TTEC in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Manager, Systems Engineering to lead platform ownership, governance, and delivery across distributed teams. This remote role partners with executives and clients to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable systems.

You will oversee RFP support, reporting, and continuous improvement, mentoring Tier 1/2 staff, and driving change in a regulated environment. Strong Jira/Confluence experience and knowledge of contact center platforms are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience owning an enterprise CCaaS platform or similar
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication
• Experience with governance, audits (SOX/PCI) and DR exercises
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence and standard reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Own platform and product ownership across multi-directional stakeholders
• Governance, security and compliance management for production systems
• Change management and release governance processes
• Reporting, metrics, and governance dashboards for leadership
• Lead distributed teams across geographies and time zones
• Provide RFP support, client interaction and collaboration with sales teams
