Xpress, a Philippines-based mobility platform, seeks a senior analytics lead to define how data is used across the business, build foundational dashboards, and mentor a small analytics team. You will shape the data practice and translate insights for executives and operations managers.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL across production databases.
• Experience with a cloud data warehouse (Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift).
• Experience with a product analytics platform (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
• Ability to build dashboards that operations teams actually use daily.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain core marketplace health dashboards (trips per driver per day, supply-demand matching rates, ETA accuracy, zone performance).
• Diagnose why rides fail before they start and make problem visible and trackable for operations.
• Deliver zone-level reads on supply and demand balance and cost gaps to inform marketing investments and driver deployment.
• Define SQL standards, dashboard templates, naming conventions, and documentation norms for the analytics team.
• Review work, set priorities, and mentor 2–3 junior/mid-level analysts.
• Translate data insights into actionable language for CEOs, operations heads, or fleet managers.
