Job summary

Brightwheel, the leading early-education platform, is seeking a highly analytical Senior Data Analyst who translates data into actionable insights for Finance, Sales, and external partners. You’ll own cross-functional reporting and partner with leadership to shape business decisions across the customer lifecycle.

You will build and maintain dashboards in Sigma and Tableau, develop data models with dbt, and leverage AI to automate analyses.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a related technical role.
• Experience building and owning dashboards and reports for leadership and external partners.
• Strong SQL skills with data transformation and modeling experience.
• Experience creating end-to-end data models and pipelines as a single source of truth.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using AI to automate analyses and improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Finance and Post-Sales analytics and board/external reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance and senior leadership on metrics, planning, and reviews (MRR/ARR, churn, attribution).
• Bridge Sales and Post-Sales reporting to unify customer lifecycle.
• Manage external partnership reporting, including customer dashboards and data access control.
• Build and automate dashboards/reports in Sigma and Tableau to track KPIs for leaders.
