Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead proactive candidate discovery across executive, marketing, or technical lanes. You will own sourcing strategy end to end, work closely with recruiters, and drive high-quality hiring outcomes in a fully remote setup.

You’ll build warm pipelines, craft personalized outreach, and surface strong candidates before roles are fully open, leveraging ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting with a heavy sourcing focus.
• Deep specialization in one domain: Executive Assistants, Marketing, or Technical roles.
• Proven ability to generate candidates proactively, not just screen inbound applicants.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Sourcing and Talent Mapping: own sourcing for your specialization and build targeted strategies.
• Outbound Outreach and Engagement: craft personalized messages and test sequences across channels.
• Search Support and Signal Quality: partner with recruiters to understand success profiles and surface high-signal candidates.
• Pipeline Management and Reporting: keep pipelines clean and document progress in the ATS.
• Process Improvement and Collaboration: share insights and refine sourcing workflows.
