Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in large-scale commercial/retail/mixed-use developments.
• Advanced knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC, and local detailing requirements.
• Expert-level Revit production and detailing skills.
• Strong ability to coordinate with external consultants and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Technical ownership of complex project delivery from detailed design through construction.
• Hands-on BIM production and detailed architectural detailing.
• Ensure compliance with AS1428 accessibility requirements across docs.
• Drive QA/QC and coordinate with consultants and engineers.
• Mentor mid-level architects and manage delivery schedules.
