Job summary

Living in a Bubble, a remote team in the Philippines, is seeking a Senior Customer Service and Phone Specialist to be the voice on the phone for customers in Australia and the US. You will handle pre-sales, take orders over the phone, and deliver friendly written support via email, chat, and social channels.

You will work with our small team, report to the co-founder, and participate in onboarding, SOP updates, and weekly feedback to help improve products and service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a phone-based customer service or sales role as main job.
• Excellent spoken and written English, comfortable with Australian accents.
• Experience with e-commerce or considered purchases is a plus.
• Ability to learn technical products quickly.

Responsibilities

• Return calls and voicemails quickly (within 5 minutes during business hours).
• Answer fitment questions using the fitment guide and advise on products/bundles.
• Take orders over the phone and follow up quotes; explain product installation.
