Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Phone Support specialist for a remote role in the Philippines. You will handle inbound calls and live chat with empathy, explain processes, and manage escalations while maintaining high-quality service.

The role requires 3+ years of live support experience, native English, and fluency in a European language. You’ll operate in a hybrid utilisation model, switching to back-office tasks during low-call periods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in live phone support in a high-trust or regulated environment.
• Native or near-native English (verbal and written).
• Fluency in at least one European language: German, French, Italian, or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone and live chat enquiries with clarity and empathy.
• Transition between voice, email/admin, and live chat as needed.
• Maintain accuracy in Zendesk and case records; follow SOPs and escalation paths.
• Escalate complex or out-of-scope cases to client teams.
